How it Works:
It's pretty simple to
recycle your children's clothing with us! We keep your information and
Trade Credit on file for 6 months. You receive 35% of the estimated
selling price in trade credit to use in our resale section. Larger gear
like strollers, cribs (mainly items over $100) you have the option of
50% of the estimated selling price in trade for resale or 40% cash out
after the item sells. Mississippi Treehouse has the right to request
for you to pick up your items if it has not sold within 60 days. At
that time you have 14 days to retrieve your item before it becomes
property of the store and we have rights to then donate your item.
